The 2010 Main Event Racing Series season opener, scheduled for this weekend at Angola Motor Speedway, has been postponed to May 15 due to a frigid weather forecast. Angola will be open for anyone wishing to practice this Saturday from 1:00-5:00 if weather permits. Pit passes will be $20, while grandstands are free.
The May 15 opener will have gates opening at 1:00, practice at 3:00, qualifying at 5:00, and racing action will begin at 7:00. There will also be an open practice on Friday night, the 14th, from 5:00-8:00.
